How
to Download Add-ins
Live
Meeting Add-in pack for Microsoft® Outlook® and Windows Messenger
With the Live Meeting Add-in Pack and Live Meeting Professional Edition
service, you can perform conferencing tasks directly from Microsoft
Outlook and Windows Messenger.
In Microsoft Outlook, you can:
- Schedule Live Meeting meetings directly from Outlook. Your meeting
will be simultaneously scheduled in Outlook and with the Live
Meeting service.
- Check Live Meeting seat availability directly from Outlook.
- Send mail invites to others to join an instant meeting in your
Meet Now place.
- Launch the Organize Meeting page to view and manage all of your
scheduled meetings.
- Set up default preference information including text for your
e-mail invitations.
In Windows Messenger, you can:
- Launch instant Ad-Hoc Meetings with online contacts with the
Live Meeting service.
- Transition seamlessly from instant messaging sessions to highly
collaborative meetings.

The Live Meeting Windows Meeting Client Standalone Installer allows
organizations the option to manually install the new Live Meeting
Client as an alternative to the default auto-installer (which may
not work in certain locked-down desktop environments).

Meeting Add-in pack for IBM® Lotus Notes®
With the Live Meeting Add-in Pack, you can use Lotus Notes to perform
Live Meeting Web conferencing tasks, such as scheduling meetings without
logging into the Conference Center.
In Lotus Notes, you can:
- Schedule and enter a meeting in your personal place.
- Schedule future meetings for both Auditoriums and Web Meeting
Places.
- Check seat availability.
- Display the Organize Meetings page directly from Notes.
